Setup instructions and solutions for common issues.
Enable ThaiClick in Safari
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open Apps → Safari → Extensions.
- Turn on ThaiClick Extension.
- Set website access to Allow.
When you select Thai text in Safari, the purple “ไทย” button appears.
If the full translation does not appear
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- The first translation may take a little time while the language model downloads.
- Tap “Retry full translation” on the explanation screen.
After the model is downloaded, translation runs on your device.
Restore your purchase
Open the ThaiClick app and tap “Restore Purchases” in the ThaiClick Plus section. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
